An interview with Jessica Gwyneth

Jessica’s Instagram and tumblr are our social media obsession, it making you want to be part of her life. She has been documented young creative especially girls for years. She shoot an editorial for us featured with our traveler collection during cold cold winter time in Lodnon with model @perfumeriver and make up artist @ziima_yosuke_makeup and hairstylist @tomokofushimi122. We also invited her to share with her thought about living in London.

Tell us a little bit about who you are?
I’m Jessica, I’m a stylist, photographer and music nerd, with a lust to travel.

How did you first get into photography?
I started a zine called Hullu an insiders document of young creative in their intimate personal spaces be it their bedrooms or studios – which got me addicted to photography.

How would you describe your work?
My work is inspired by the creativity ~ fashion, music, art and people that I surround myself with. I like to think I’m documenting a generation who are chasing their dreams. They show the spirit of youth – the resilience, the purity and the total self-belief

What’s the biggest challenges of being a young photographer in London?
The biggest challenges of being a young photographer in London is both time and money! + when Poundland has no film in stock 😉 😉

What are you working on recently?
I’ve been working on some documentary photography for a project called That’s what she said recently a platform to give young girls a voice. I’m wanting to get back into making my zine Hullu and I’ve got a bunch of band photoshoots coming up and a couple of collaborations.
